Aromatic Chicken Curry

I know curry chicken because next to my home there is a bar, " Alambique", where you can eat a delicious curry chicken. I like it a lot. It is a dish from India and it is very aromatic. INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoons of olive oil. 1 or 2 minced onions. 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into cubes. 2 teaspoons of curry powder. 1/2 teaspoons of ground turmeric. 200 ml of milk. 200 ml of cream. A glass of Basmati rice. Salt and pepper. PREPARATION: Heat olive oil in a pan and when it's hot add minced onions stir it until it is golden 30'. At low heat. Transfer the onions to a blending container and blend with ground turmeric. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Put some olive oil in a pan, medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned on all sides 5 or 10'. Add the blended mix together with chicken and curry powder and cream and milk to a pan until it's cooked stirring in a medium-low heat for 25' - 30', until the sauce thickens. BASMATI RICE: Wash the rice and leave soaking 15' so the rice is loose. Boil water and add salt and basmati rice and cook during 15' or 20'. Enjoy! (Recipe by Isabel)
